ADP - Anyone else seeing project delays or shifting priorities?

Hey everyone, been at ADP for a couple of years now, primarily on the [mention a general department, e.g., product development] side. Lately, it feels like there's been a lot of churn in project timelines and priorities. Stuff that was greenlit last quarter is now on hold or being drastically re-scoped. Management seems a bit cagey when asked directly, just talking about 'strategic realignments.' Is this just me or are others experiencing this too? Wondering if it's a precursor to anything more significant, or just the usual corporate shuffle. Any insights from people in other departments or with more tenure would be appreciated. Trying to get a pulse on the general vibe without raising too many eyebrows.

Yeah, I'm definitely seeing some of that on my team as well, though maybe not quite to the same extent. We've had a couple of key initiatives get pushed back with very little warning, and the reasoning feels pretty vague. It's creating a bit of uncertainty about where to focus our energy, and honestly, it's making long-term planning feel like a shot in the dark. Hoping things stabilize soon.

I haven't been here as long, but even in the past year, there have been noticeable shifts. Priorities seem to flip more often than I'd expect, which can be frustrating when you've invested time and effort into something that then gets de-prioritized. The 'strategic realignments' explanation is a common one, but it doesn't offer much clarity on the ground. Just trying to roll with the punches.
