ADP - Anyone else seeing unusual project delays?

Hey everyone, been at ADP for a couple of years now and things have felt a bit off lately. Some projects I'm involved in are seeing significant delays, not just typical scope creep but more like resource constraints or key people being pulled unexpectedly. It's not just my team either, I've overheard conversations and seen some comms hinting at similar issues elsewhere. Is anyone else experiencing this? Are these delays a sign of something bigger brewing, or is it just a temporary rough patch? Wondering if it's worth starting to polish up the resume or if I'm just overthinking things. Curious to hear if others are noticing similar patterns, especially in the client-facing or development sides. Feels like there's a general slowdown, and I'm trying to gauge if it's impacting performance or if it's just a perception thing.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed some of that too. It feels like there's a constant scramble for resources lately, and people are being moved around more than usual. It's making it hard to get solid timelines locked down for my own projects. I'm hoping it's just a temporary squeeze, but it's hard not to wonder if there's more going on behind the scenes. The lack of clear communication about *why* people are being pulled is also pretty frustrating and adds to the general uncertainty. Let's hope things stabilize soon.
