Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at ADP is feeling a bit of unease lately. With everything going on in the broader tech and business services space, I've been noticing a subtle shift. Seems like budgets are tightening, and there's a lot more scrutiny on resources. Projects that were previously greenlit are now being re-evaluated, and some seem to be slowing down or getting deprioritized. I'm not hearing any specific layoff rumors, and my team is still pretty busy, but there's definitely a different vibe in the air. More focus on efficiency, less on expansion. Is anyone else experiencing this? How are you all navigating it? Trying to figure out if this is an ADP-specific thing or just the general economic climate affecting everyone. Any insights or advice on how to best position ourselves would be greatly appreciated. Trying to stay positive and productive, but it's hard not to think about the future.
