Been seeing some weird postings internally for roles that seem to overlap with existing ones. Also, there's been a freeze on some hiring, but then new positions pop up in completely different areas. It's making me a bit uneasy. Trying to get a sense of what might be going on behind the scenes. Is anyone aware of any potential restructuring talks or organizational changes happening that aren't being communicated openly? Just trying to prepare myself and understand the landscape. Appreciate any legit info.

I've noticed some similar anomalies myself. The internal job postings are definitely confusing, and the hiring freeze followed by new openings in unrelated departments raises a lot of questions. It feels like there's a lack of clear communication about where the company is headed, which naturally leads to speculation and unease among employees. Hopefully, any significant changes will be communicated transparently soon, so we can all get a clearer picture of the direction we're moving in.
