ADP - Morale and workload concerns

Just wanted to vent a little and see if I'm alone. Lately, the workload has been piling up, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. People are stressed, and you can feel the tension in team meetings. There's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization,' which usually makes me nervous in my experience. Has anyone else felt a shift in company culture or management's approach recently? It feels like we're pushing harder and harder, and I'm not sure how sustainable it is. Trying to understand if this is a company-wide push or if it's specific to certain departments. It's making it hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly running on fumes and worried about what might happen next. Anyone else feeling this pressure cooker environment?
