So, performance reviews just wrapped up. Feels like the criteria or emphasis shifted slightly this year, focusing more on cost savings and efficiency. Wondering if this is just me or if others felt a change in the air during reviews. Usually, it's all about growth and innovation, but this cycle felt different. Makes me wonder if there's a quieter internal assessment going on that might precede any larger organizational changes. Anyone else get that impression?
