Hey everyone, been at ADP for a few years now and things feel a bit… off lately. Haven't seen any official announcements, but the vibe has shifted. Heard through the grapevine about some internal reorganizations happening in a couple of departments, and a general slowdown in the usual hiring pace. Anyone else picked up on this? I've been with ADP for a while too and I'm feeling a similar vibe. It's hard to say for sure what's going on without official word, but the chatter about restructuring has definitely been circulating.
