Anyone else hearing chatter about a potential hiring freeze at ADP? I've seen a couple of roles that were posted a few weeks back suddenly disappear, and when I've casually asked around, some folks are mentioning that hiring has been put on hold for certain departments. It's definitely not official communication, just the usual office grapevine stuff. I'm not in a position to be making new hires, but it makes me wonder about the company's direction and financial health. If we're not bringing in new talent, what does that signal? Is it a strategic pause, or is something else brewing? I've been here a while and it feels different than just a typical slowdown. Curious to hear if anyone has concrete information or has heard similar things from their managers or HR. Trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening internally.

That's concerning if true. While I appreciate the need for fiscal responsibility, a hiring freeze can definitely impact morale and operational capacity.
