ADP - What's the vibe around the office lately?

Hey everyone, been with ADP for a few years now and lately things just feel... off. There's a lot of hushed talk, people seem more stressed than usual, and I'm definitely feeling the pressure on my team with less support. Anyone else picking up on this? Are workloads getting heavier or is it just me? Curious to hear if others are feeling this shift in atmosphere or if it's isolated to my department. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just some internal team issues. Thanks for any insights.

Yeah, I've noticed a similar tension here too, though it's hard to pinpoint exactly. It feels like there's a lot more on everyone's plate lately, and the usual collaborative spirit seems a bit strained. Communication can be tough sometimes, and when you add increased pressure, it's easy for things to feel a bit chaotic. I'm hoping it's just a temporary phase as we navigate new projects or priorities, but it's definitely a noticeable shift from how things felt even a year ago. Just trying to stay focused on my own tasks amidst the general buzz.

I can echo some of what you're saying, though perhaps from a slightly different perspective. While I haven't felt a direct reduction in support, the pace has definitely picked up. There seem to be more initiatives rolling out, and it feels like we're expected to adapt quickly. It's not necessarily a negative thing, as growth and change can be good, but it does create a different energy. I'm curious if management is aware of this increased strain or if it's just being felt at the team level. Hoping for some clearer direction soon.
