ADP workload increase - anyone else feeling it?

Hey everyone, I've been at ADP for a couple of years now and lately, the workload across several teams feels like it's been steadily increasing. Projects seem to be piling up, and there's a general sense of being stretched thin. It's not just my department either; I've heard similar things from colleagues in different areas. I'm trying to figure out if this is a sign of something bigger, like a push for efficiency before potential cuts, or if it's just the nature of the business right now with market demands. Has anyone else noticed this trend? Are managers communicating anything about resource allocation or upcoming initiatives that might explain the increased pressure? I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the constant push is starting to wear on me and I'm wondering if it's worth it in the long run. Any insights or shared experiences would be helpful. Trying to get a pulse on what's really going on behind the scenes.

I've definitely noticed the same trend lately. It feels like there's more expected with fewer resources, or at least the same resources stretched thinner. It's making it challenging to keep up with everything, and the pressure is definitely building. Hoping it's just a temporary surge and not a sign of deeper issues. Anyone else finding it hard to prioritize with so much on the plate?

Yeah, the crunch is real. It seems like the company is taking on more, or perhaps existing clients are demanding more complex services, without a proportional increase in staffing. It's leading to longer hours and a feeling of being constantly reactive instead of proactive. Definitely curious to hear if there's a strategic reason behind this increased demand, or if it's just organic growth outpacing capacity.
