Considering ADP - what's the real deal?

Hi all, I'm currently in the process of interviewing with ADP for a role in [mention general department if comfortable, e.g., tech/sales/support]. I've seen some of the general industry chatter about the market, but I wanted to get some direct feedback from current employees or recent departures if possible. Beyond the standard interview questions, what's the actual day-to-day like? How's the culture? I'm particularly interested in hearing about career growth opportunities and job security. It feels like a stable company, but you never know with the way things are these days. Any red flags I should be aware of during the interview process?
