I was in the New Boston site back in 2021 before I jumped ship, and honestly, seeing this doesn't surprise me one bit. It’s the classic corporate playbook: keep cutting staff while promising the same level of output, then act shocked when the remaining teams burn out. The 'efficiency' talk is just a mask for shareholders. If you’re seeing the writing on the wall, start networking outside of ADP now. It’s better to leave on your own terms than to wait for the next round of notifications.
It is exhausting to see the same cycle repeat itself every single quarter. I’ve been trying to keep my head down and just focus on my implementation metrics, but it is getting harder to ignore the atmosphere when everyone is waiting for the next shoe to drop. The pressure isn't coming from the workload anymore; it’s the constant fear of being the next name on a list. At this point, the loyalty ADP expects is completely gone because they clearly aren't looking out for us.
