Just me or has the workload at Ball significantly increased over the past few months? It feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Projects are being prioritized, but the teams assigned to them seem stretched thin. I've also heard chatter about certain projects being put on indefinite hold, which is a bit concerning. It's not just my team either; I've spoken with folks in other areas who are feeling a similar crunch. Trying to understand if this is a temporary situation due to market conditions or something more systemic. Anyone else experiencing this? Curious to hear if there's any communication from management about these changes or if we're just expected to power through.
