Ball Corporation - Anyone else seeing weird project cuts/delays?

I'm on the [mention department generally, e.g., engineering/R&D] side at Ball, and we've had a couple of our longer-term projects suddenly put on indefinite hold or significantly scaled back. The reasoning given feels a bit vague, like 'shifting priorities' or 'budget realignment'. It's odd because these were projects that seemed pretty solid and strategically important just a few months ago. I've also noticed some senior folks from other departments leaving, not exactly retiring, just... moving on. It's making me wonder if there's something more significant going on behind the scenes that isn't being communicated directly. Anyone else experiencing similar project slowdowns or noticing a pattern of departures? Curious if this is a wider trend or just isolated incidents. Trying to stay focused but it's hard not to worry about what it might signal.
