Ball Corporation - Project delays and resource reallocations?

What's going on with project timelines lately? Been seeing a lot of projects getting pushed back or having resources pulled unexpectedly. It feels like there's a constant shuffle happening behind the scenes. We were told it's due to "shifting priorities" and "strategic realignment," but it's causing a lot of frustration and uncertainty. People are wondering if this is a precursor to something more significant.
