Just saw the WARN notice about another 41 people being laid off on Nov 2nd. Honestly, it's getting hard to ignore these numbers adding up. Feels like every few weeks there's a new wave, even if it's a smaller one. I've been here for a while and it used to feel so stable, but lately, it's just been this underlying tension. People are quieter, maybe working a bit harder to prove their worth, but also looking over their shoulders. Yeah, I'm seeing it too. It's definitely not just isolated incidents anymore. The constant news of layoffs, even if they're smaller groups, creates a really unsettling atmosphere.
