Anyone else hearing whispers about cost-cutting measures?

Seeing a lot of talk about BoA's internal cloud build saving them serious cash. Makes sense from a long-term efficiency standpoint, but I'm wondering if this kind of internal optimization is going to translate to people. We haven't had any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a general feeling of unease. Is this just the usual economic cycle talk, or are there actual signals people are picking up on? Curious if anyone in tech or other departments are seeing projects get shelved or hiring freezes that weren't there a few months ago.
