Just saw that article about BoA saving $2B/year by building their own cloud. Interesting timing. With the company always looking to optimize, I'm wondering if this internal build-out is starting to translate into actual headcount reductions. Like, are teams being consolidated or are certain roles being phased out because capabilities are now being handled in-house?
