BoA internal re-orgs and potential headcount reductions?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a lot of internal shuffling and restructuring happening lately at BoA? My team just went through a 'realignment' and a few people were let go. It wasn't framed as a layoff, more like 'role redundancy' due to the new structure. This has me a bit worried. It feels like more than just normal churn. I've also heard whispers from other departments about similar things. Is this a sign of impending larger layoffs or just standard cost-cutting measures? Curious to hear if others are experiencing this and what the general sentiment is.
