Okay, I'm going to bite the bullet and ask. Is anyone else hearing more than just whispers about potential layoffs at BofA? I've been seeing some chatter, and honestly, the market feels a bit shaky. I've been hearing similar things, though nothing concrete. It feels like the usual end-of-year re-organization talk mixed with genuine economic jitters. In my division, there's been a lot of talk about optimizing processes and resource allocation, which sometimes precedes staffing changes. It's hard to discern the signal from the noise when the industry is constantly adapting.
