I hear you. The pressure to perform with fewer resources is insane right now. I've seen so many good people leave in the past year. Management seems completely out of touch with the reality on the ground. Start documenting everything, especially unreasonable requests and any instances where you're asked to do things outside your job description. It might help if things go south, and it's useful for negotiating your exit.
Ten years is a good run, but it sounds like it's time to prioritize yourself. Start quietly updating your resume and networking. See what else is out there. Honestly, every big company has these cycles. They squeeze as much as they can until enough people leave, then they scramble to hire again. Don't wait around for them to value you; proactively seek out a better environment.
