Anyone else feeling the pinch at BBW lately?

Hey everyone, been with BBW for a few years now, mostly at the store level. Lately, things just feel... off. Hours seem to be getting tighter across the board, and there's been a lot more talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' during team meetings. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but the vibe is definitely changing. Saw a few people in management roles looking pretty stressed too, and there's been some shuffling in regional positions I've heard about. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing similar things or if it's just my district? Trying to gauge if this is a wider company trend or just localized issues. Kinda worried about job security, even though nothing's been said directly. Anyone else hearing anything or feeling this unease?

Yeah, I've noticed that too. It's not just the store level, I've heard whispers from district and even regional folks about changes happening. Lots of talk about restructuring and what not, but nothing solid being communicated. It's making a lot of people nervous about job security, myself included. The constant pressure to meet sales goals feels even more intense now, and it's definitely impacting morale. Feels like they're trying to do more with less, which is never a good sign for employees.

I'm feeling it too, even as a customer. The product releases seem more frequent and maybe a little less exciting, and honestly, the prices are getting pretty steep. I used to be a regular, but now I find myself waiting for the really big sales to stock up. It’s a shame because I love some of their scents, but it's getting harder to justify the cost. I wonder if they're seeing a dip in sales from loyal customers too, which might explain the 'efficiency' talk you mentioned.
