Anyone else feeling the pressure post-holiday?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at BBW is feeling a bit on edge after the holiday season wrapped up. The energy was crazy high, as always, but now that things have settled, I'm hearing a lot of whispers about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements.' Doesn't explicitly say layoffs, but it feels like that's the direction things are headed. My store's been pushing certain sales targets pretty hard, even though traffic has definitely dropped off since Christmas. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's localized to certain districts. Any insights from other regions would be super helpful. Trying not to panic, but the uncertainty is definitely getting to me. Has anyone's management mentioned anything concrete, even if it's just vague buzzwords? Curious to hear what others are hearing/feeling.

Totally feel you on this. The post-holiday lull is always a bit of a shock to the system, and the talk of restructuring definitely adds a layer of anxiety. It's tough when you're used to that high-energy rush and then suddenly things feel uncertain. Hoping for the best for everyone, but it's hard not to worry when management starts talking about 'efficiency.'

Yeah, the pressure to hit sales targets even when foot traffic is down is insane. It feels like they expect miracles. The 'efficiency improvements' talk has been making the rounds at my location too, and it's definitely creating a buzz. Just trying to stay positive and focus on what I can control, but it's a stressful time, for sure.
