Anyone else feeling the shift at BBW?

Hey team, been with BBW for a few years now, and lately, it just feels… different. Not seeing any official news or anything concrete, but the vibe in my store and from what I hear from other locations is a bit tense. Hours seem to be getting tighter, especially for part-timers, and there's been a lot of talk about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency' during regional calls. My manager is usually pretty open, but even they're being tight-lipped. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on something similar or if it's just my store/region being weird. Kinda unsettling not knowing what's going on, you know?
