Anyone else notice hours getting cut across the board at BBW lately?

Hey everyone, been working at BBW for a couple of years now and things have felt a bit... strange the past few months. My store's hours have been consistently getting slashed, and it seems like everyone is being asked to cut back. Even full-time staff are only getting scheduled 30-35 hours, which is a big drop from what we used to get. Management is vague about it, just saying it's 'budget adjustments' or 'seasonal shifts,' but it feels different this time. We're also seeing fewer seasonal hires, which usually means more work for us regulars. The customer traffic hasn't exactly slowed down, so I'm not sure what the reasoning is. Anyone else in other stores experiencing this? Is this a company-wide thing or just my district going through it? Worried about what this might mean long-term.

Yeah, I've definitely seen that too. It's a bummer because the staff at my local store are always so friendly and helpful, and I hate thinking they might be struggling with reduced hours. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Hopefully, it's just a temporary thing and they can get back to more consistent scheduling soon.

This is really concerning to hear. It's tough for employees when hours are cut, especially with the cost of everything these days. I hope management is transparent with the team about why this is happening. Quality staff are hard to come by, and I'd hate to see good people leave the company because of these kinds of changes.
