BBW - Stock price and morale low?

Hey all, been with BBW for a few years now, and things just feel... off. The stock isn't exactly soaring, and you can feel the uncertainty creeping in at the store level. Talk about store closures or reduced hours seems to be bubbling up, even if nothing's official. Anyone else in leadership or even part-time associates noticing a general dip in morale or hearing whispers about belt-tightening? It's hard to stay motivated when you're not sure what the future holds. Just looking to see if others are feeling the same vibe or if it's just my location. Trying to stay positive but it's getting tough.

I've definitely felt that shift too. It's tough when the energy isn't quite there. I've been trying to focus on the positive interactions with customers and my team, but you can't entirely ignore the broader concerns. Seeing fewer people in stores sometimes makes you wonder about staffing levels down the line. Hopefully, things stabilize soon and we can get back to that buzz we used to have. Just keeping my head down and doing my best for now.
