Is anyone else seeing changes in staffing/scheduling at BBW?

Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar shifts in how stores are being staffed. Lately, it feels like we're running leaner than usual. Fewer people on the floor during peak times, more emphasis on off-the-clock tasks, and managers seem more stressed about labor budgets. I haven't seen any official announcements, but it feels like a precursor to something. Is this just a seasonal adjustment, or are other BBW employees noticing a pattern that suggests cutbacks or restructuring? Trying to gauge the temperature across the company, if anyone has insights or has been in similar situations elsewhere. It's always the quiet changes that make you wonder.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed it too. It feels like they're trying to squeeze every last drop out of the staff they have. We're constantly being pushed to get more done with less help, and it's really starting to wear people down. I'm wondering if it's going to impact customer service or if they just don't care about that anymore. It's a bit disheartening to see the company prioritize numbers over the actual people working the floor.
