Morale seems to be tanking at BBW - anyone else feel this?

Okay, I need to vent a little. The general vibe at my Bath & Body Works location has been pretty down lately. It's not just the hours getting cut (which is already a bummer), but there's a general sense of unease. People are talking more about the stock performance and the constant pressure to hit sales goals when we're already stretched thin. We're seeing a lot of the usual suspects – inventory issues, understaffing, and management seeming a bit out of touch with what's actually happening on the floor. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the recognition for it isn't really there. Has anyone else felt this shift in morale? Is it just my store, or is this a bigger trend across the company? Trying to figure out if it's worth sticking around.
