So, performance reviews just wrapped up and I'm feeling a bit uneasy. Mine was… fine. No major complaints, but definitely no 'exceeds expectations' either. It got me thinking about where things are headed. With the economic climate and how retail has been generally, I'm wondering if performance is being scrutinized more heavily than usual. Is anyone else hearing whispers about restructuring or how roles might be shifting in the coming months? It feels like a time for belt-tightening everywhere. Just curious if anyone's manager has been giving hints, or if there's been any corporate comms that seem to point towards changes in staffing or team structures. Trying to gauge the landscape from a career perspective. Any thoughts welcome.
