Q4 Numbers & What's Next?

Hey all, haven't seen much concrete talk lately, but the vibe in my store is definitely… off. Sales have been a struggle all year, and while management is trying to keep spirits up, you can feel the pressure. I've been with BBW for a few years now and this feels different. Are others seeing the same thing? What's the outlook for Q1? Just trying to get a sense of the temperature across the company. Any insights from corporate folks or those in harder-hit regions would be super helpful. Trying to plan ahead but it's tough when things feel so uncertain. Just hoping for the best but bracing for… well, whatever comes. Anyone have any intel beyond the usual 'sales are down' talk? Looking for any signs or signals. Thanks.

I've been feeling it too. My store's been pretty slow, and the holiday season wasn't the boost we were hoping for. It's tough when you're putting in the effort but the numbers just aren't reflecting it. Management's always positive, but you can tell there's an underlying concern. Hopefully, the new product launches for spring will bring in some much-needed traffic. Just trying to stay optimistic and focus on what we can control – great customer service and keeping the store looking its best.

Totally get what you're saying. The foot traffic just isn't what it used to be, and online sales don't seem to be making up the difference as much as hoped. It's a weird energy right now, for sure. I'm curious to see if they have any big marketing pushes planned for Q1 or if they're going to rely on the usual seasonal rotations. Fingers crossed for some fresh ideas to reignite interest. It's definitely a different climate than a couple years ago.
