Hey everyone, Been working at Baxter for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels a little... tense. There haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, but I've been hearing whispers and seeing some odd internal communication patterns. Project timelines seem to be getting scrutinized more, and there's a definite air of 'watching our backs.' Is anyone else picking up on this? Seems like a lot of larger healthcare companies are doing some sort of restructuring or cost-cutting these days, and I'm starting to worry we might be next.
