Just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling the pinch at Baxter. My department's been told to "be more efficient" with our spending, which seems to translate to "do more with less." Training budgets are slashed, travel is scrutinized heavily, and even small project expenses are getting extra layers of approval. It’s making things difficult to get work done effectively. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide initiative or if it's just certain divisions. Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar budget tightening.

Can confirm it's not just your division. The 'efficiency' drive has reached us as well.
