Baxter - Anyone else notice the increased silence from management?

Been at Baxter for a few years now, and lately, it feels like there's a distinct lack of communication from leadership, especially on a wider scale. Usually, we'd get some sort of update on company performance, strategy shifts, or even just general 'state of the union' type messages. Now? Crickets. Projects seem to be chugging along, but there's this underlying unease. Heard some whispers about restructuring in certain departments, but nothing concrete. It's making it hard to gauge the overall health of the company and where things are headed. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department or is it a company-wide thing? Trying to separate actual concerns from just my own anxiety.

I've noticed it too. It's strange because Baxter usually has pretty regular communications, even if it's just standard corporate speak. The current quiet is definitely making people anxious, especially with rumors of changes. It's hard to plan or feel secure when you don't have a clear picture of what's happening beyond your immediate team. Hopefully, they'll break the silence soon and address some of these concerns. The lack of transparency is really unsettling for a lot of us who are invested in the company's success.
