Baxter - Anyone else noticing a hiring freeze or slowdown?

Hey all, been with Baxter for a few years now and lately things feel... different. Usually, there's a steady stream of new roles opening up, and my team's been looking to backfill a couple of positions for months with no luck. HR seems to be really tight-lipped about it. Also, some of my friends in other departments are mentioning that project budgets are being scrutinized more than usual, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' hanging in the air. It's not official, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Has anyone else experienced this? Are departments being told to hold off on non-essential hiring or even pausing open requisitions? Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just isolated pockets. Wondering what the leadership is thinking behind closed doors.
