Baxter - Concern about future stability?

I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy about the long-term outlook at Baxter. While there haven't been any official announcements or mass exits, I'm hearing more and more chatter about performance reviews being harsher this cycle and some teams having their goals quietly adjusted downwards. It feels like a lot of pressure is being put on individuals and teams to hit metrics that might not be entirely realistic.
