Hey everyone, been with Baxter for a few years now in R&D. Lately, the vibe feels… different. There's a lot of quiet murmuring and I've noticed a few key people in my department have left recently, not for promotions elsewhere, but just… gone. Management seems a bit cagey when asked about team structure or future projects. Feels like we're being kept in the dark. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my team, or is there a broader trend I'm missing? Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder.

I've been at Baxter for a while, though not in R&D. While I can't speak directly to your department's atmosphere, I've definitely felt a shift in the company-wide communication style over the past year. It's become less transparent, and updates on strategic direction feel more guarded than they used to. The departures you mentioned are concerning, especially if they aren't clearly explained. It does make you wonder about the long-term vision and stability. Hope things improve soon and the communication opens up.
