Baxter - Signs pointing to a potential hiring freeze?

Hey everyone. Been at Baxter for a few years now, and lately things feel…tight. We haven't had any official announcements, but there's been a noticeable slowdown in approvals for new roles. Several positions that were open for months are now just gone from the internal boards, and I haven't heard of any new requisitions being opened. It feels like the purse strings are being pulled pretty hard across a lot of departments. Anyone else in different divisions seeing similar things? Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just my area feeling the squeeze. Might be worth holding off on big purchases or planning any major career moves here until we get more clarity.
