Baxter: Is it just me or is the atmosphere getting tense?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here because, well, you know. I've been at Baxter for a few years now and lately, the vibe has just felt...off. There's been a lot of hushed conversations around the office, people looking over their shoulders a bit more. No official announcements or anything concrete, but the general feeling is that something might be brewing. Has anyone else picked up on this? I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard when the general mood feels so uncertain. Are there any specific departments or projects that seem to be more affected? Just looking for some shared experiences or insights, if anyone's willing to share. Trying to stay productive but the background hum of 'what if' is pretty loud right now.

I've noticed it too, or at least I think I have. It's subtle, but definitely there. Feels like a lot of internal meetings are happening without much transparency, and people are hesitant to speculate openly. Trying to stay focused on my work, but the uncertainty is definitely a distraction. Hope it's nothing serious, but that underlying tension is palpable.

Could be anything, honestly. Restructuring, new leadership priorities, budget shifts... they all create that kind of buzz. I'm trying to just keep my head down and do my job. Unless there's a direct announcement or a clear directive, I figure it's best not to get caught up in the rumor mill. It usually blows over.
