Hey all, been with BD for a few years now, and lately, the office vibe has been... off. Heard some whispers through the grapevine about potential workforce adjustments, but nothing concrete. Management is tight-lipped, as usual. Anyone else picking up on similar signals? Curious if anyone has any insider info or has seen any unusual activity (hiring freezes, project cancellations, etc.) that might point to something bigger. Trying not to panic, but the uncertainty is tough. Is it just the general economic climate affecting medical devices, or is BD specifically looking at a significant cutback?
