Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter but nothing concrete about layoffs at BD. Just curious if others are feeling a similar vibe. Morale seems a bit low across different departments I've interacted with. Performance metrics are definitely being scrutinized harder than usual, and there's a general sense of unease. Projects are getting restructured, and some teams are noticeably leaner. Trying to stay positive and focus on my own work, but it's hard to ignore the whispers.
