I haven't heard anything official, but there's definitely a nervous energy circulating. Some departments seem to be consolidating projects, which is always a bit of a red flag. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard to shake the feeling that something's shifting. Keeping my ear to the ground.

It's understandable to be concerned given the economic climate. My division hasn't seen any direct communication about layoffs, but we've definitely noticed a slowdown in new hires and a general push for efficiency. Hopefully, it's just a strategic adjustment and not something more drastic.
