BD Layoffs - Anyone else feeling the chill?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter around BD lately, but nothing concrete about layoffs. Is anyone else in a similar boat? My department has been under a lot of pressure, and there's been a general sense of unease. Budgets seem tighter than ever, and a few key projects have been put on indefinite hold. It's making it hard to stay motivated when you're constantly wondering if your role is secure. I've heard whispers about reorganizations in certain divisions, but no one seems to know the full story. Hoping to get some clarity or at least commiserate with others who might be feeling the same way. Any insights from people on the inside, or even just general observations about the company's current trajectory? Trying not to panic, but it's tough.
