BD Management Silent on Workforce Adjustments - Concerned?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here and other platforms about potential workforce reductions at BD. Management hasn't said anything officially, which is, frankly, making things worse. The silence is deafening, and it's creating a lot of anxiety across different departments. I'm in R&D, and we've seen project scopes shift a bit, which could be normal re-prioritization, or it could be a sign of things to come. Anyone else in a similar boat? Hearing anything through the grapevine that isn't just pure speculation? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without resorting to panic. It's tough to stay focused when you don't know what the future holds for your role or your team. Just hoping for some clarity, even if it's not what we want to hear.
