Hey everyone, just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling the tension at BD. Q3 earnings are coming up soon, and I've been keeping a close eye on the news and any whispers from internal channels. Haven't seen any official announcements or concrete reports of layoffs, but the general economic climate and some of the recent industry-wide shifts have me a bit antsy. Anyone have any intel or just a gut feeling about what we might expect? Been here a few years and the culture has always felt pretty stable, but you never know. Trying not to get too worried, but a little transparency or heads-up would be nice. Anyone else hearing anything through the grapevine, even unofficial rumors?
