So, the WARN notice is out for the Pacific Mesa Blvd location in San Diego. 72 people. This isn't the first time we've seen this happen recently. It's unsettling. I know people at that site and they're all pretty blindsided. Is this tied to specific projects ending, or is it a broader realignment? I'm in a different division, but it makes you wonder what's next. The lack of clear communication from leadership is the worst part. Just vague statements about 'optimizing operations.' Doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Feels like we're just numbers on a spreadsheet to them sometimes. Anyone affected directly have any insight into the reasons behind these particular cuts? Trying to understand the bigger picture here. It's a tough environment right now.

This is incredibly concerning. Seeing WARN notices appear more frequently, especially for a significant number of employees, is a huge red flag. The lack of transparency is what really gets me. 'Optimizing operations' sounds like corporate speak for 'we're making cuts, and you're not important enough to know why.' It creates a lot of anxiety for everyone, even those in different departments. Hope everyone affected lands on their feet quickly.

Yeah, I've heard rumblings about this. It's tough when these things happen without much warning or explanation. I'm at a different BD location and while we haven't seen anything like this directly, it definitely puts a chill in the air. Makes you think about stability and what the long-term plans are for different sites. The silence from upper management on these issues is deafening and breeds distrust.
