Bio-Rad Life Science - Anyone else feeling the budget crunch?

Hey all, posting anonymously here. Been at Bio-Rad's LSI division for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has been... tense. It feels like we're constantly being told to do more with less. Travel is being scrutinized heavily, new hires are slow, and there's a lot of talk about 'optimization' and 'streamlining'. Just had a team meeting where the manager was being really cagey about Q3/Q4 projections and future projects. It's not overt layoffs being announced, but the underlying pressure and lack of clarity is starting to weigh on people. Anyone else in LSI experiencing this? Is this just the market, or is something specific brewing at Bio-Rad that I'm not privy to? Curious to hear if others are seeing the same signals.
