Hey everyone, Just wanted to see if anyone else in LSI is feeling a bit uneasy lately. No concrete news or anything, but there's been a definite shift in the air. Hiring seems to have slowed to a crawl, and some projects feel like they've been put on the back burner. I know Q4 can always be a bit weird with budget cycles and whatnot, but this feels different. Are people hearing anything through the grapevine? Any whispers about reorgs or potential restructuring? It's hard to not let the mind wander when things feel like they're tightening up. Just looking for some honest takes and maybe some reassurance or confirmation if others are seeing the same thing. Trying not to panic, but the silence is loud. What are your thoughts?

I've definitely noticed a slowdown in hiring and some of the project momentum has definitely changed recently. It's not just you. I've been trying to stay optimistic, but the lack of clear communication is making it tough. Hopefully, it's just the usual end-of-year budget shuffle, but it's hard to shake the feeling that something else might be brewing.

Same here. The vibe has been a little off for a while now. Fewer new initiatives are kicking off, and even existing ones seem to be on tighter reins. It's created a bit of a waiting game, which isn't ideal for morale. I'm hoping for some clarity soon, as the uncertainty is starting to wear on people.
