Bio-Rad LSI - Any news on restructuring plans?

Hey folks, been working in LSI for a bit now and there's been a lot of talk lately about potential organizational changes. Nothing concrete, just a lot of hushed conversations and the feeling that something might be brewing. Heard some rumblings about potential 'synergies' which usually translates to some teams getting merged or, well, you know. Anyone else in LSI hearing similar things or have any more direct info? Trying to gauge if I should be updating the resume or if it's just typical corporate noise. The budget crunch mentioned in another thread definitely adds to the unease.
