Bio-Rad LSI - Anyone else feel the vibe shift?

Hey everyone, Been at Bio-Rad LSI for a bit now, and I've noticed a definite shift in the general atmosphere over the past few months. Management seems to be communicating even less than usual, and there's a lot of hushed conversations happening. I've seen a few people let go in different departments, nothing huge like mass layoffs, but it's enough to make you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Budget meetings seem extra tense, and there's a general sense of 'hunkering down.' Anyone else picking up on this?
