Hey everyone, Been working at Bio-Rad LSI for a bit now, and lately, the atmosphere just feels... off. There's a lot of hushed talk, people seem more anxious than usual, and there are definitely whispers about potential restructuring or layoffs down the line. Nothing concrete, mind you, just that general feeling of unease that creeps in when things aren't stable. Is anyone else picking up on this? Are there specific departments feeling it more than others? I'm trying to gauge if this is just my perception or if there's a broader sentiment. My manager's been pretty tight-lipped, just giving the usual 'focus on your work' spiel, which isn't exactly reassuring. Trying to stay optimistic, but also realistic. I've heard some similar rumblings myself. It's tough to pinpoint exactly what's causing the increased tension, but it feels like a broader market shift impacting companies across the board, not just LSI. This post hits close to home. The vibe has definitely shifted in the last few months. I've noticed more mandatory meetings that feel more like updates on challenges than actual problem-solving sessions. It's hard not to worry when you see experienced colleagues looking stressed.
